TTouch Introductory Workshop

Join us for a 2 day introduction to the incredible world of TTouch. During this introduction we will learn about:

• What is TTouch?
• The nervous system
• The five F’s
• Displacement or calming signals
• Tension patterns – identifying and changing them
• The 9 elements of TTouch
• The various touches
• Ground work

This course counts towards certifying as a L1 TTouch practitioner. A certificate will be issued to you at the end of day 2.
